 BOOKINGS
Bookings are essential 12hrs prior
We don't provide bookings on the day of your enquiry

There is a 
Minimum 45mins for all booking under 30kms from St Mary's 

& 1.5hrs for all booking over 30kms from St Mary's 

before Glamour & Elegance Mobile Beauty will accept your booking

DEPOSITS
We do require a $50 deposit to secure your booking date & time
once deposit is received booking will be confirmed
this deposit is non -refundable only transferable to another date

In the event of an emergency that we cancel your booking a 100% refund will be provided

we will confirm and finalize your booking 3 days prior to your event
once treatments are confirmed once we have confirmed the final numbers and treatments you will be responsible for any cancellations

we assign therapist and provide a run schedule to staff for the day to ensure your event flows smoothly

All payments are to be finalized at the end of your event receipt number provided to therapist
Invoices can be issued prior to your event or on the day

Parking charges will occur if there is no complimentary parking on-site.

TRAVEL FEE APPLIES TO SUBURBS

30 kms or more from St Mary's 

will occur a travel fee from $35 depending on your location 

this applies to the following zones

* BLUE MOUNTAINS 

* WESTERN SYDNEY 

* HAWKESBURY

* HILLS DISTRICT 

* MACARTHUR

Toll fee's May occur depending on your location
Please ask about your toll & travel fee prior to booking  

SCHEDULE ON THE DAY
Staff will arrive 30 Min's prior to your event to setup 
once setup is completed treatments/party will commence 
 (setup is included in your booking at no charge) 

Please ensure all guest have arrived for your schedule booking time 

CANCELLATION OF TREATMENT
ON THE DAY
Treatment cancellation on the day or after final numbers and treatments have been confirmed will occur a cancellation fee of $25 per treatment 

* Please understand our time is valuable & this time slot could have been given to another client

we will post or Email at your request

Full payment is required before all gift certificate/vouchers are valid.

Vouchers are valid for 3yrs from the date of purchase.
